Job summary

Keller Logistics Group in Napoleon, OH is hiring for a quality control role at our P314 County Road 12 location. The position requires quality experience, strong customer service, and a willingness to work weekends and overtime. You will conduct quality checks, maintain records, and support accurate inventory with WMS processes. Hours are 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• Looking for someone with excellent customer service skills with experience with cycle counting and maintaining quality standards.
• Must have previous quality experience.
• Must be willing to work weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all quality checks on the production line.
• Providing efficient customer service through telephone, email, and mail communications.
• Completing cycle counts and keeping quality check records.
• Verifying inventory accuracy and customer quality standards of finished product.
• Perform all essential functions of WMS.
• Participate in corrective and preventive actions and continuous improvement projects.
