Job summary

Keller Logistics Group is hiring for a quality control role at our Napoleon, OH facility. The position involves performing quality checks on the production line, ensuring inventory accuracy, and delivering courteous customer service via phone, email, and mail. Weekend and overtime availability is required, with shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

(4:00 p.m. OT). Applicants should have prior quality experience, be able to pass a drug screen and background check, and comply with safety and food

Qualifications

• Experience in quality control within a production or packaging environment.
• Experience with cycle counts and maintaining quality standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform all quality checks on the production line.
• Provide efficient customer service via mail, telephone, and email.
• Complete cycle counts and maintain quality records.
• Verify inventory accuracy and conformity to quality standards.
• Follow food safety standards where applicable.
• Assist teams to maintain productivity and train new associates.
