Job summary

PAC Worldwide is hiring a Quality Assurance Tech I to inspect finished products and ensure quality aligns with standards. Duties include bag and seal checks, data entry, and assisting in customer complaint investigations.

The role operates on 2nd shift (3pm–11pm) with a $1.10 shift differential, offering weekly pay, strong medical benefits, and growth opportunities within a culture built on RESPECT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Must read and interpret quality procedures and test methods.
• Ability to input inspection data into database software; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bag checks for each production machine (bag measurements, seal integrity, proper hot melt application, and general appearance).
• Release each production machine at shift start and after setup (checklist provided).
• Process products/materials that fail to meet quality standards per procedures.
• Enter all inspection data in the computer system.
• Conduct incoming inspection checks for raw materials and finished goods; test, record, and release material.
• Gather product samples and file/store them for records.
• Conduct audits of finished goods to ensure quality standards are followed.
• Assist in investigating customer complaints.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
