Job summary

Litehouse Foods is seeking a QA Technician I for the night shift in Hurricane, UT. The role ensures products meet safety and quality standards through inspections, testing, and documentation reviews, partnering with Production to maintain safe, accurate, and consistent manufacturing.

Required a high school diploma (associate degree preferred) and 1–2 years in QA or related fields; knowledge of HACCP, GMP, SQF, and Microsoft Office is needed; ERP/MVI/SharePoint experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• 1–2 years QA, food manufacturing, or related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, SQF and food safety principles.
• Experience with ERP/MVI/SharePoint or similar systems; ability to learn new software.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Good communication across departments.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process quality inspections, documentation reviews, and product verification to ensure HACCP, GMP, SQF compliance.
• Conduct analytical testing, including titrations and finished product evaluations.
• Manage product holds using ERP and quality management systems.
• Review production records and support investigations into complaints.
• Complete sanitation verifications and environmental monitoring.
• Collaborate with production to identify quality concerns and drive improvements.
