Brakebush Chicken in Mocksville, NC is seeking a 3rd Shift Quality Assurance Technician to ensure product quality through tests, record-keeping and cross-department communication. Responsibilities include performing product tests (receiving, batter, temperature checks), inspections at various production stages, maintaining records for audits, and ensuring cleanliness per USDA guidelines.

Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and pass QA tests.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit and lift up to 40 lb.
• Experience with QA tests and record-keeping.
• Must pass QA math test.

Responsabilités

• Perform tests and checks on products including receiving inspection and batter tests.
• Inspect product at different production stages to meet quality standards.
• Inspect facility areas and pest control boxes regularly.
• Maintain accurate records for audits and customer research.
• Inspect equipment cleanliness prior to start-up per USDA/plant rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
