Brakebush Brothers, Inc. is hiring a 2nd Shift Quality Control Technician I in Mocksville, NC. You will help ensure all products meet safety, regulatory (HACCP, USDA, GMP) and company quality standards through various checks and record-keeping.

The shift runs 3:30 pm–1:30 am, Mon–Thu, with occasional schedule changes. The role requires attention to detail, ability to stand and lift up to 40 pounds, and familiarity with SAP and Windows Office. English proficiency is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Understanding of HACCP and food safety practices.
• Strong data analysis and attention to detail.
• Bilingual English & Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform quality checks and tests to ensure product meets standards.
• Maintain accurate records and assist audits.
• Report non-conformances and coordinate corrective actions.
