Bachoco Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician for the 2nd shift at our Fort Smith, AR location. The role focuses on monitoring finished product compliance with specifications, calibrating equipment, and ensuring adherence to HACCP, GMP, and SSOP standards.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and demonstrate strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills. This position offers benefits and schedule considerations consistent with a night shift.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English.
• Passing score on appropriate Quality tests is required.
• Familiarity with HACCP, GMP and SSOP basics preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Set up workstation and ensure calibration of equipment.
• Monitor product attributes per finished product specs.
• Verify product meets in-plant food safety requirements.
• Document HACCP, GMP and SSOP compliance.
• Identify and isolate questionable product.
• Obtain finished product laboratory samples.
