Job summary

Johnsonville, LLC is seeking a QA Supervisor to lead QA Technicians, ensure compliance with USDA-FSIS and SQF standards, and support quality improvements across production shifts. The ideal candidate has leadership experience in a regulated food manufacturing environment, knowledge of SQF/HACCP, and a proactive approach to problem solving and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading QA teams in a USDA-FSIS-regulated facility.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems (SQF, HACCP).
• Experience with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise QA Technicians on shift and manage schedules.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure food safety and quality.
• Perform data analysis and trend reporting to management.
• Coordinate internal quality audits and supplier audits.
• Assist in new product development and product rollouts.
