Job summary

Center For Family Services is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Crisis Receiving Stabilization Center in Denville, NJ. This 24-hour psychiatric crisis center provides therapeutic interventions for adults during a 24-hour stay, with a sign-on bonus based on licensure.

The role requires RN licensure in New Jersey, CPR certification, and at least two years of behavioral health nursing experience. Part-time night shift with Wednesday schedule is offered along with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of an accredited, certified RN program.
• Current State of New Jersey RN licensure.
• CPR certification for Health Care Providers.
• Current driver's license with a good driving record of at least three years.
• Minimum of two (2) years of professional nursing experience in a behavioral health or related setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments upon admission to the stabilization center.
• Record vital signs and clinical measurements.
• Administer treatments, injections, and medications as ordered.
• Maintain infection control compliance and manage supplies.
• Document care in consumer records promptly and accurately.
