Job summary

Acclaim Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider for the Psychiatric Emergency Center in Fort Worth, TX. You will join a multidisciplinary team delivering 24/7 crisis care with psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, and support staff.

Requirements include PMHNP certification or PA degree, TX licensure, DEA, and BLS. The role involves night shifts (8 p.m. – 8 a.m.), with a rotating schedule and potential relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing with PMHNP certification OR Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies.
• Current Texas PA license or Texas APRN license with PMHNP certification.
• DEA Certification required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Psychiatric triage and evaluation.
• Short-term interventions including observation and stabilization of acute crises.
• Referral services to meet patient needs.
• Evaluate for admission to an Acute Inpatient Unit.
• Night shift availability: Full Time – Night Shift (8p–8a), three 12-hour shifts per week.
