Starting pay is $19.00 per hour for full-time evening shift (10:15 PM – 6:30 AM), with weekend and holiday coverage. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license, plus strong communication and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 21 years old or older with a valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and observation skills.
• Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor youth throughout the night to maintain safety and security.
• Remain alert, circulate regularly, and respond to incidents.
• Report safety concerns or behavior issues promptly.
• Record overnight activity and maintain communication with team.
• Attend required meetings and training sessions.
• Assist youth when medical or physical needs arise.
• Transport youth as needed using a Boys Town vehicle.
