Job summary

Boys Town is seeking an Overnight Program Staff member in Omaha, NE to provide a safe, structured overnight environment for youth. The role starts at $19.00 per hour and requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities include monitoring youth, responding to incidents, recording activities, and transporting youth when needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Strong communication and observation skills.
  • Comfortable working overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Prior experience with youth or in residential care is a plus.
