Boys Town in Omaha, NE is hiring an Assistant Family Teacher to provide direct care to at‑risk children in a family‑style home. You’ll teach life skills, model positive behavior, and support each child’s moral, educational, and emotional development. Shift is 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM, full‑time with two weekends and two overnight stays per month.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 21+ with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Passion for working with youth; flexible and team-oriented.
• Physical ability to actively engage with children in a dynamic environment.
• CPR and nationally recognized personal restraint model training must be obtained during pre-service training.

• Providing care, guidance, and behavioral support to youth.
• Teaching life and social skills using the Boys Town model.
• Supporting academic and spiritual development.
