Job summary

Kane Partners LLC in Bethlehem, PA is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead an overnight manufacturing team. This hands-on role balances safety, quality, productivity and people development.

You will supervise night-shift staff, coordinate schedules, uphold safety policies, and drive continuous improvement with cross‑functional collaboration. Industrial environment experience and Lean familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supervising manufacturing or production teams.
• Strong knowledge of plant operations, safety, and production processes.
• Experience coaching, performance management and team development.
• Strong mechanical, technical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement principles preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.

Additional Requirements

• Ability to work an overnight shift and occasional overtime, weekends, or schedule changes as needed
• Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment, including noise, dust, temperature variations, and moving equipment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform other physical activities throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and wear required PPE
• Forklift experience/certification preferred; training may be provided
• Degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
• Up to $37/hour, depending on experience
