Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America (DFA) Bruce is hiring for a Day Production Operator. The role involves working a 2-2-3 schedule from 4:30am to 4:30pm, with no prior experience required as training is provided. You will handle ingredients and finished products across plant areas, maintaining cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Must be dependable and reliable.

• Must be able to work weekends or holidays, if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Work in different plant areas handling ingredients and finished products by measuring, batching, mixing, bagging, organizing and stacking.
• Keep warehouse and production floor organized.
• Maintain safe working conditions and comply with health and safety regulations.
• Adhere to GMP, quality, sanitation requirements and DFA policies.
• Attend required training including Safety, GMP, HACCP, and SQF.
• Other duties may be assigned.
