Responsibilities

• Meet efficiency budgets while maintaining high quality products.
• Load and unload trays/molds and stage bascular with cookie sheets.
• Turn cheese and manage draining room tasks per shift requirements.
• Operate production equipment (stacks, unmolders, rack washers) and keep records accurate.
• Maintain clean and safe work area; follow GMPs and safety rules.
