Job summary

The AZEK Company is seeking a Production Clerk to support the Production Supervisor by managing production data, updating the accounting system, and tracking line status in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will analyze production metrics, maintain records, create labels, and help improve operational efficiency through data-driven insights. Strong attention to detail and experience with ERP/accounting software are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years bookkeeping or clerical experience with ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and resolve issues.
• Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and formulas.
• Familiarity with accounting principles and inventory management.
• Excellent communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production metrics using accounting systems and spreadsheets.
• Update and reconcile production and inventory records in the ERP.
• Identify discrepancies and report insights to the Production Supervisor.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing schedules for assigned areas.
• Provide real-time production progress updates.
