Job summary

The AZEK Company in Scranton, PA is seeking a Production Operator to assist the extrusion team in a fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment. You will help monitor equipment, perform quality checks, and support packaging and shipping with accuracy and safety in mind.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of basic computer skills, and the ability to read gauges and a ruler. The role offers a $1,500 sign-on bonus and hourly pay of $18–$19, with full-time hours on

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience: 1 year in a similar role.
• Must read, write and understand English.
• Basic math skills including fractions.

Responsibilities

• Support extrusion operator and production line.
• Perform quality checks (color, surface, size).
• Assist with packaging and palletizing.
• Move materials and perform housekeeping.
• Complete production reports and paperwork.
