Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Processing Operator for a client in Milwaukee. The role supports Site Operations and emphasizes safety, precise following of work instructions, and commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

The position is on a 3rd shift (Sunday - Thursday, 10:30pm - 7:00am) with potential overtime. You will operate processing equipment, follow batch sheets, maintain logs, and help ensure product quality and production continuity.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred (1-year)
• Ability to follow sanitation procedures for cleanups and chemical handling
• Comfort using material handling equipment (including forklift and/or pallet jack)
• Strong attention to safety and hygiene practices (5S/housekeeping, PPE)
• Ability to communicate quality issues to the appropriate team members and report injuries

Responsibilities

• Operate processing equipment to produce product within Quality Assurance guidelines and to the highest possible standard of quality.
• Properly mix ingredients, monitor temperature/moisture, adjust as needed, ensure correct recipe execution.
• Operate and shut down equipment in the processing area according to procedures, including changeovers and preventive maintenance.
• Read and follow batch sheets, including accurate weighing of raw materials.
• Maintain records by monitoring and logging temperatures, mix times, item numbers, raw material weights, and check for foreign matter.
