Standard Process Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator to set up, operate and clean processing equipment in a GMP environment. The role ensures product quality through routine QC checks and accurate documentation, while performing changeovers and sanitations with a focus on safety and cleanliness.

The position is part of the Production team in Palmyra, WI, with weekend 3rd shift coverage. The starting pay is $25.65 per hour plus a $6.00 shift premium, totaling $31.65/hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• 0–1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience in a food processing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and clean raw material processing equipment.
• Maintain and record instrument readings and gauge checks.
• Monitor quality and perform QC checks on products.
• Troubleshoot machine and product issues and report to supervisor.
• Perform machine changeovers and sanitations and keep area clean.
• Verify calibration of critical equipment as required.
