Novolex is seeking a Process Technician for night shifts (4:50pm - 5:45am) and a flex shift. You will lead the shift team, coordinate new equipment and product introductions, and ensure smooth production flow while driving continuous improvement. Strong setup experience, scheduling, and Excel/SAP skills are valued.

Educational requirements include an Associates Degree or equivalent experience. The role emphasizes communication, problem solving, and leadership in a fast-moving manufacturing

• New equipment integration and coordination on shift.
