Job summary

Cashman Photo is seeking a hands-on Photo Team Supervisor to lead nightly photo operations at Las Vegas venues. You will supervise photographers and staff while also photographing guests, presenting and selling photo products, and handling printing and order prep.

No prior photography experience is required; comprehensive training will cover photography, sales, production, and supervision. You will work directly with the team, learning each role as you lead the operation.

Qualifications

Willingness to learn and perform photography, sales, and administrative duties.
Ability to supervise while working alongside the team.
Strong communication with guests, employees, and venue personnel.

Responsibilities

Supervise photographers, sales staff, and support employees during the shift.
Work alongside the team by photographing guests, selling photo products, printing orders, and assisting wherever needed.
Adjust staffing based on guest volume and operational needs.
Help employees maintain service, sales, appearance, and performance standards.
Address routine attendance and performance issues, including documenting lateness or policy concerns.
Complete nightly sales reports, product counts, deposits, and operational paperwork.
Confirm equipment, supplies, and work areas are ready for service.
Communicate shift results and issues to company leadership.
