Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a part-time Supervisor to oversee daily venue operations and lead a team in delivering memorable guest experiences. You will manage tasks, ensure smooth photo operations, and uphold safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and adaptability to peak retail hours. Prior retail or cash handling experience is helpful, and physical tasks include lifting up to 50 pounds and outdoor work conditions.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of team members and assign tasks.
• Ensure daily operations run as scheduled.
• Lead by example and reinforce company policies.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate to IT or Local Management when needed.
• Assist with inventory, training and recruiting as needed.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Operate POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
