Job summary

Photogenic in San Antonio is seeking a Supervisor to oversee daily venue operations and guide a team of associates. You will ensure smooth photo operations, maintain guest experience, and lead by example in a high-pace retail setting.

The role requires strong communication, a positive attitude, and flexibility to work peak hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. No photo experience is required, but customer service and cash handling skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Retail or cashier experience preferred but not required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of venue team and assign tasks.
• Ensure operations run as scheduled and maintain guest experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce company policies.
• Operate POS system and photography equipment.
• Provide memorable souvenirs and assist with guest engagement.
• Assist with training, inventory, and recruiting as needed.
