Job summary

Grand Canyon Resort Corporation seeks a Lead Photo Guide for the Skywalk. Responsible for QA/QC of guest photos and training Photo Guides. Explain camera settings, enhance photos, upsell packages, and manage photo inventory. Ensures high-quality guest service and acts as a Skywalk ambassador.

Greet guests, review photos with them, print purchases, and support ticket flow. Requires strong communication, sales experience, and the ability to train new staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong customer service and sales experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preference for Hualapai Tribal members.
• Ability to train others and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Photograph guests as they experience the Skywalk.
• Greet guests, explain photo options, and assist with purchases.
• Enhance photos using software and upsell packages.
• Print pictures and prepare flash drives for customers.
• Maintain inventory of camera gear and supplies.
• Direct customer flow through ticket purchase and pickup.
• Assist with training new Photo Guides and lead by example.
