Job summary

Sonora Quest Laboratories / Laboratory Sciences of Arizona is seeking a Phlebotomist for night shifts across hospital facilities, PSCs, in-office sites or mobile services in the Phoenix area. The role involves specimen collection, logging into the LIMS, sample prep, and routing to the appropriate analytical area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required per state regulations.
• Completion of a phlebotomy program or phlebotomy experience.
• Phlebotomy certification as defined by state regulations.
• DHS Fingerprinting Certification or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Collect and receipt of biological specimens.
• Enter specimens into the company computer system.
• Prepare samples for analytical testing.
• Distribute specimens to the proper analytical area.
• Perform pre and post testing tasks as assigned.
• Follow all policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
