Job summary

Sonora Quest Laboratories/Laboratory Sciences of Arizona (SQL/LSA) seeks a Phlebotomist to collect and process biological specimens across multiple locations, including Hospital Facilities, PSCs, in-office and mobile sites. You will enter data into the lab system and prepare samples for analysis, performing specified testing as assigned, while following policy and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Completion of a phlebotomy program or phlebotomy experience.
• Phlebotomy certification as defined by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Collect and receive biological specimens into the department and enter them into the company system.
• Prepare samples for analytical testing and distribute to the proper analytical area.
• Perform specified analytical testing as assigned and adhere to Code of Conduct and regulatory standards.
• Work across multiple locations including hospital facilities, PSCs, IOPhlebotomy sites and mobile diagnostics.
