Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of a phlebotomy program or phlebotomy experience.
• Phlebotomy certification as defined by state regulations.
• Minimum age 18 and valid state driver’s license where required.

Responsibilities

• Collect and receipt biological specimens into the department and enter data into the lab system.
• Prepare samples for analytical testing and assist with testing as assigned.
• Maintain specimen identification, integrity, and accurate documentation per SOPs and HIPAA.
• Follow policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements; support quality and safety.
