Responsibilities include performing selected procedures, monitoring patient status, assisting with admissions and transfers, and ensuring safety and comfort in line with Joint Commission standards.

Qualifications

• H.S Diploma/ GED is required.
• BLS certification required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care and performs selected interventions under the direction of the Registered Nurse.
• Assists with admission, transfer and discharge processes.
• Maintains safety practices, infection control and patient comfort throughout care.
