Penn Medicine Doylestown Health is seeking a dedicated patient care professional to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This role requires performing selected therapeutic interventions, diagnostic procedures, venipuncture, EKGs, and routine clinical tasks in a fast-paced acute care setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining patient safety, documentation, and collaboration with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality care on a full-time daytime

Qualificações

• H.S Diploma/ GED Required.
• Certified in B.L.S. for health care providers Required.
• Phlebotomy certification Preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care under the direction of the Registered Nurse.
• Perform phlebotomy (venipuncture) and point-of-care testing where required.
• Assist in admission, transfer and discharge processes.
• Maintain patient safety and infection control practices.
• Document patient information accurately in the unit's chart.
