Job summary

The position supports a 3rd shift schedule (7 on/7 off) with a focus on sterile and non-sterile compounding, aseptic technique, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of Pharmacy Technician experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of USP guidelines and sterile compounding is a plus.
• Proficiency with pharmaceutical terminology and record-keeping requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in preparation, compounding, labeling, and dispensing of medications with accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare sterile and non-sterile compounded meds using aseptic techniques.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and conduct regular stock audits.
• Maintain accurate dispensing and inventory records, including controlled substances.
• Support pharmacists in medication reviews and history reconciliation.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff.
