Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in preparation, compounding, labeling, and dispensing of medications in accordance with hospital policies.
• Prepare sterile and non-sterile medications using aseptic techniques.
• Manage inventory: monitor stock, order supplies, and perform regular audits.
• Maintain accurate dispensing records and controlled substance logs.
• Support quality assurance and ensure patient safety in pharmacy operations.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare staff.
• Operate and maintain pharmacy equipment including automated dispensing systems.
• Assist with medication reviews and reconciliation as needed.
• Adhere to safety and infection control guidelines.
• Attend to other duties as assigned.
