Diversity Inc. is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide primary and specialty nursing care in pediatric general surgery and ENT, with on-site clinical coverage in Akron, Ohio. The role includes night shifts from 6pm to 7am and a starting bonus.

Independently and in collaboration with physicians, you will perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and participate in rounds and discharge planning, while maintaining board certification and state licensure.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree with NP certification and Ohio RN license.
• Current prescriptive authority or eligibility.
• ACLS/PALS may be required depending on setting.
• Active hospital privileges credentialing as staff NP.

Responsabilités

• Provide advanced nursing care for high-acuity pediatric cases.
• Collaborate with physicians in exams, orders, and care plans.
• Perform rounds, admissions, and discharge planning.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans with patient education.
• Support quality monitoring and regulatory compliance.
