Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license per policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents and suspicious activity following reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of station areas, platforms, and access points.
