Qualifications

Valid driver’s license required per Allied Universal policy.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and personnel while carrying out site-specific, security-related procedures and emergency response activities at a transportation location.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of platforms, stations, facilities, parking areas, and perimeter locations, with conditions varying by assignment.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
Monitor access points and observe activity to help deter unauthorized access, prohibited conduct, and potential security-related concerns.
Document and report incidents, hazards, suspicious activity, and policy violations to appropriate personnel in accordance with site requirements.
