Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Mobile Driver in Seattle, WA. You will serve and safeguard clients across various industries, performing routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents while delivering outstanding customer service.

This full-time role requires a valid driver’s license, comfort with using a computer or tablet, and adherence to company policies. The position offers a pay rate of $24.74 per hour and opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, service disruptions, and critical situations calmly and escalate as required.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of transportation facilities, platforms, public areas, and access points.
• Monitor for unusual conditions and report observations to site personnel or emergency responders.
• Direct visitors and passengers and support orderly operations at the location.
