Qualifications

• Experience in call center or patient scheduling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engages patients throughout the registration process to create a welcoming experience.
• Obtains and accurately enters registration information into the electronic health system.
• Documents insurance verification information in the system accurately.
• Contacts patients by phone to remind them of appointments and provide instructions.
• Schedules various types of appointments for providers.
