Morrison Healthcare is hiring a full-time Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) at Arkansas Children's North West in Springdale, AR. Shift runs 11:00 pm–7:30 am with days varying. Prior customer service experience required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds and push food delivery carts.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with menu selections and coordinate with nursing to meet nutritional needs.
• Collaborate with caregivers and culinary team to offer menu alternatives for allergies, sensitivities, and cultural preferences.
• Assemble meals according to patient orders and retrieve trays on time.
• Follow regulatory standards (federal/state/JCAHO) and HIPAA confidentiality policies.
• Adhere to HACCP guidelines during handling, cleaning, and tray line operations.
• Follow infection control policies and department procedures.
• Support dietitians in monitoring patients on special diets or calorie counts.
• Communicate issues promptly to the appropriate personnel and document actions.
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly reports per Morrison Healthcare policies.
• Comply with health and sanitation regulations and department sanitation procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
