Ensemble is seeking a Patient Access Specialist to perform admitting duties for all hospital patients at Hillcrest Henryetta. This on-site role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and adherence to regulatory standards.

The position offers night shifts from 7p to 7a with competitive pay and benefits. CRCR certification is company-paid and must be obtained within 6 months of hire.

Formación

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Must be inquisitive and open to AI-enabled process improvements.
• Ability to follow hospital policies and provide compassionate service.

Responsabilidades

• Assign MRNs and verify medical necessity and insurance details.
• Handle calls on the hospital switchboard and direct inquiries.
• Explain consent forms and provide patient education materials.
• Support pre-registration and point-of-service collections.
• Maintain accurate documentation and auditing to support POS.
