Baystate Health in Springfield, MA is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join the Pre-Anesthesia team at Baystate Medical Center. The role supports age-appropriate patient care, vital signs monitoring, and collaboration with physicians and nurses to ensure safe, compassionate care during night shifts.

This full-time position involves 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week, and provides comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and tuition support.

Responsabilidades

• Provides safe, age-appropriate care and documents vital signs.
• Performs approved procedures including dressing changes, EKGs, and point-of-care testing.
• Assists nurses and providers with examinations and other delegated activities.
• Maintains communication with patients and families; supports the clinical team.
• Maintains patient safety and emergency readiness.
