Job summary

Amcor in the United States is hiring a Packaging Technician for the night shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM). The role involves inspecting, packing, labeling, and moving PET containers, keeping the area safe and clean, and supporting automated lines and palletizers.

You will follow GMP and SQF requirements, record weights and production data, and assist with training new staff. One to three months related experience and/or Palletizer experience preferred; strong attention to detail and teamwork are

Qualifications

• Experience with palletizing operations is preferred.
• Follows GMP and SQF guidelines and safety procedures.
• Ability to record weight, time and production details accurately.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and pack PET containers at designated lines while maintaining production speed.
• Label and box products, move goods, and keep work area clean and safe.
• Record spoilage/defects and communicate issues to supervisors.
• Operate or assist with automated packing equipment and palletizers as needed.
• Support training for new employees and maintain GMP/SQF compliance.
