Job summary

Amcor in Smyrna, TN seeks a dedicated Night Shift Production Worker to support bottle packaging lines. You will perform visual inspections, pack bottles, move cartons, and assist with palletizing, under a 6:45 pm–7:00 am shift, four evenings weekly after daytime training.

Responsibilities include quality checks, housekeeping, basic box making, and safe handling of finished goods. Physical requirements include lifting up to 35 pounds and long periods of standing.

Qualifications

• Walking/Standing for 12 hours per day is required.
• Ability to reliably get to Smyrna, TN work site.
• Manual dexterity for hand/arm tasks.
• Ability to sequence actions according to rules.
• Near vision for detail work.
• Flexibility to bend/stretch/reach.
• Fast finger/hand/wrist movements.
• Coordination of multiple limbs.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds over head.

Responsibilities

• Visual and aesthetic inspection of product.
• Pack bottles into boxes.
• Move cartons onto pallets or skids.
• Conduct dimensional quality checks as directed.
• Move packaged product into boxes or onto pallets using skid pattern.
• Empty trash cans at end of shift.
• Support product movement (raw and finished).
• Housekeeping duties for assigned area.
• Create boxes as needed.
• Move finished product to staging area with pallet jack.
• Other duties as assigned.
