Pures Food Specialties LLC in Bedford Park, IL is seeking a packaging operator to run and monitor packaging machinery, read recipes, and uphold safety and quality standards. The role requires adherence to GMP/HACCP and allergen controls, with a 3rd shift schedule from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

The incumbent will stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and collaborate across departments to ensure continuous production. A clean, safe work area and accurate documentation are essential.

Formación

• Must be able to communicate with others and management.
• Mathematical skills required for measurements and ingredients.
• Ability to read and understand recipes and batch records.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and monitor packaging equipment to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Follow GMP, HACCP and allergen procedures; report safety or quality issues immediately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area; assist with changeovers and shifts.
• Follow FIFO, document lot numbers, and label bins with correct information.
