Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a food manufacturing environment and operating high-speed packing machines.
• Mechanical background desirable but not essential.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain automated packing machines.
• Troubleshoot jams, rework packaging, and maintain supplies.
• Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout and other safety procedures.
• Clean, inspect, and lubricate equipment on daily/weekly/monthly schedules.
• Operate autonomously and adapt to role flexibility as needed.
