Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3-5 years in a regulated environment (cGXP industry such as Clinical Packaging, Commercial Pharmaceutical, Devices, etc.) required.
• 3-5 years of people management and/or leadership experience, serving as a role model for diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workflow to maximize productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Ensure training and adherence to cGMP and SOP guidelines.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with other departments (Quality, Client Services, Facilities, etc.).
• Implement Continuous Improvement through Thermo Fisher’s PPI model.
• Manage labor and resources to meet production targets in line with client timelines and cost targets.
• Drive improvements to production processes and promote collaboration across teams.
