Job summary

Altium Packaging in New Castle, PA is seeking an entry-level Production Packaging Associate to ensure proper packaging of materials and finished products. This role involves loading, moving materials and operating packaging equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

You will follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), wear PPE, and work a 12-hour 2-2-3 shift schedule (7:50pm-8:20am) with a $1 shift differential.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required.
• Basic computer experience required.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor conveyor belts and clear bottle jams from lines.
• Pick up dropped bottles and place into bins.
• Inspect bottles for quality during production, packaging and labeling.
• Move finished goods to designated areas.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations.
• Adhere to PPE and safety policies.
• Operate packaging equipment as required.
