Job summary

Altium Packaging in Verona, PA is seeking an entry-level Production Packaging Associate to support packaging operations. You will load, move materials and operate packaging equipment while adhering to GMPs and safety policies. The role uses a 12-hour night shift (7pm–7am) with a 2-2-3 rotation and requires punctuality, teamwork, and attention to labeling accuracy.

Starting rate is $18.25/hr. Training includes Altium Production/Packaging Associate I within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required.
• Basic computer use required.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Altium Production/Packaging Associate I training within 90 days of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing correct PPE and following safety policies.
• Load, move materials and operate packaging equipment.
• Inspect the quality of bottles during production, packaging and labeling.
• Monitor conveyor belts and clear bottle jams from lines.
• Keep the work area neat, clean, and organized.
• Move finished goods to designated area.
• Duties may differentiate by plant and required overtime.
