Job summary

Cooper University Health Care is seeking a Supervisor for CooperCare365 to lead the 24/7 call center operations. You will ensure timely access to primary care, manage night staffing, and drive service quality across shifts.

Qualifications include healthcare/call center experience and a strong supervisory background. The role requires overnight/holiday coverage and collaboration with clinical and administrative leaders to meet patient access goals.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in healthcare, customer service/call center.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's degree preferred.
• Must be able to work overnight shift, including holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee night operations of 24/7 CooperCare365 call center.
• Ensure access to care via scheduling, routing, and staffing.
• Collaborate with Admin Director of CC365 24/7 and Manager to meet KPIs and service targets.
• Monitor call quality and resolve patient concerns.
