Responsibilities

• Oversee night operations of the 24/7 CooperCare365 call center.
• Ensure staffing coverage across all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Improve patient access, on-call services, and call routing to meet service standards.
• Monitor KPIs, call quality, and patient satisfaction; conduct audits and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and administrative leaders to optimize workflows.
