Job summary

Raley's is seeking a Night Operations Team Lead to direct the night crew in stocking, merchandising, and fulfilling store objectives. You will coordinate with the store director and merchandising manager, ensure stock across departments, and maintain high service levels while delivering a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities include directing night staff, ordering and stocking products, and keeping displays and shelves pristine.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age; 21 years of age for any position that serves alcohol.
• Standing, Sitting, Lifting up to 50 lbs, Pushing, Keyboarding, Telephone Use, Walking, Bending.

Responsibilities

• Direct night crew personnel to meet service level and merchandising goals.
• Communicate directly with the store director and merchandising manager.
• Order general department products to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Stock and merchandise products in accordance with standards.
• Maintain a positive attitude toward customers and team members.
• Greet customers, provide product information and selling suggestions, and offer thanks.
• Unload trailers, receive and audit merchandise, and position cases in warehouse or on floor.
• Keep shelves full and displays attractive on floor, aisle, and front-end.
• Monitor product pricing, signage, and placement and use of shelf tags.
• Keep work areas and warehouses clean and orderly.
• Stock dated perishable products and rotate to ensure quality and safety.
• All other related duties as assigned.
